Antique Dutch decanter made of crystal glass, with silver stopper, hallmarked

Beautiful large decanter made of cut crystal glass, manufactured before 1903 (as evidenced by the hallmark on the silver (833) on the stopper). Glass body decorated with fanned cut and silver stopper decorated with beaded edge.
Condition: There are a few small chips at the upper edge (where the heavy stopper was improperly placed), but these are not visible with the stopper inserted. The spout itself is undamaged. The rest of the glass body and the stopper are in perfect condition.
