Antique cigar case, Friesland, 1848 - 1855, 833 solid silver

Beautifully decorated cigar case made of 833 silver, manufactured by the gold and silversmith Jans Piers Fennema (hallmarks for silver content, year and master hallmarks) between 1848 and 1855. The case is extensively decorated on both sides and is in very good condition for around 170 years. Case closes well and shows minor signs of wear. For up to 8 cigars. A truly unique object.
An ideal object for collectors or as an exclusive gift for a cigar lover.
