Antique Centerpiece WMF, 1880 - 1886 with putto

Decorative centrepiece by WMF from the 19th century, silver-plated cast metal (Alpacca), 4-pass base with figural shaft (putto) and cut glass bowl. Based on the mark on the side of the foot, the bowl can be dated to between 1880 and 1886. This centerpiece has survived the last 140 years well, the cut glass bowl is in very good condition without cracks or chips, the glass rim is perfect. Shaft and foot with age-related patina and slight signs of use, but without damage.
